HabitJournal

• Streaks not updating? Make sure the habit frequency matches your intended schedule.
• Rest day not working? Rest days can only be applied to today or future dates, up to 3 per month.
• Notifications not arriving? Check Settings → Notifications → HabitJournal and ensure notifications are allowed.

MedJournal

• Caregiver not receiving notifications? Both devices must be signed into iCloud and have notifications enabled for MedJournal.
• Medicine not showing? Try closing and reopening the app to refresh the list.
• Wrong time showing for a dose? Check that both devices are set to the correct time zone.

General

• iCloud sync not working? Go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud and make sure the app is enabled.
